Role Description The Field Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Central Florida. This position coordinates daily field activities, including scheduling crews, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that work complies with safety standards and project specifications.

The specialist supports technicians and office Administrator with job documentation, materials tracking. Responsibilities include communicating with clients and internal teams, reporting on field performance, and assisting with quality control checks, process permits docs and scheduling inspections when needed. The role also involves identifying operational issues, recommending improvements, and supporting continuous optimization of field processes and workflows, provide progress reports to superiors and customers by deadlines given.

Qualifications

• Strong Field Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily job-site activities and coordinate resources efficiently.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret field data, monitor performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, technicians, supervisors, and management in a clear and professional manner.
• Experience in Construction industry or trade service environments, with familiarity with safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in electrical, construction, or operations are preferred, ideally bilingual (English & Spanish)
