Field Sales Representative - Healthstore / Pharmacy

Wholefoods Wholesale is Ireland’s largest supplier of health foods, distributing our products across multiple sales channels. As a wholesaler we stock over 6500 different product items covering health foods, supplements and body care. We also specialise in foods suitable for vegans, vegetarians, coeliacs and diabetics.

We are looking for a candidate that resides in the Munster region as the role will be covering a sales territory servicing healthstores and/or retail pharmacies in this geographical region.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving a pre-defined call cycle target and achieving sales targets for a dedicated geographical territory.
• Build strong relationships with all customers in order to influence local buying decisions in a positive way.
• Utilise order capture technology to maximise instore order taking and to detail and report on planogram compliance, promotional plans and roll out of bespoke projects.
• Increase market share in existing territory by upselling the product/brand offering with existing customers and identifying new opportunities outside of existing accounts.
• Ensuring all group accounts are fully compliant with agreed planograms and effecting remedial action where necessary.
• Provide regular updates and market insights to the Field Sales Team Lead & Commercial Manager.
• Deliver superior customer service experience to existing customers and prospects.
• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven and demonstrated experience in a field sales role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience in sales to independent pharmacies and pharmacy groups.
• Self-confident and a self-starter.
• Clean driving record.
• Must reside in the Munster region.

Salary: €40,000 - €42,000 plus OTE monthly commission of Wholefoods Wholesale is €1,400pm (€16,800 pa).
