What You’ll Do

• Deliver, set up, pick up, and troubleshoot home medical equipment for patients
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and safety
• Provide outstanding customer service by listening, answering questions, and offering support
• Navigate daily route changes, weather conditions, and scheduling adjustments with professionalism
• Assist in the warehouse on slower days with cleaning, testing, and servicing equipment

• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn and grow in the medical equipment field
• Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Ability to safely lift up to 85 lbs (beds, ramps, lift chairs, etc.)

Schedule & On-Call Expectations

• Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Overtime may be required on busy days
• Participation in on-call rotation
• Typically 1 day per week and one weekend every other month
