Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got two exciting Field Supervisor role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to co-ordinate distribution network employees, deliver the required customer service level agreement outcomes and ensure work is completed safely, on time and to an appropriate quality standard, making a real difference.

The successful candidates will work on key responsibilities like:

• Planning of work for staff and leading staff in the field on a daily basis.
• Maintaining excellent productivity and employment relation
• Achieving industry codes of practice and ensuring they are complied with.
• Achieving safe working methods and the requirements of the Health and Safety in Employment Act and ensuring these are communicated to all staff.
• Understand and comply with your obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and all associated regulations, standards, and approved codes of practice.
• Understand and comply with all Omexom health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• A level 4 qualification as a Distribution Line Mechanic
• A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements.
• EWRB – full or limited licence.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in distribution line work to industry standards.
• Basic computer experience.
• Able to write brief reports.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with staff and customers – at all levels.
