Finance Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives, driving process redesign, system automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Oversee financial system enhancements, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely month-end results.
• Partner across functions to implement new products and technologies, embedding sustainable controls and governance.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, with strong technical and analytical acumen.
• Proven leadership in managing finance process or system transformation projects, ideally within financial services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new initiatives.
