Finance Operations Manager

Overview of the role

We are looking for a passionate individual who will be a strong support for the successful management of Finance operations and processes. A leader who will contribute to improving the hotel’s financial performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the smooth operations of the Income Audit, Cost Audit, Accounts Receivables and Cashiering Sections.
• Develop, implement and maintain an effective and comprehensive Revenue, Cost, Cashier and Accounts Receivable monitoring programs consistent with the set policies and procedures, professional standards and industry practices.
• Plans and performs operational and financial audits.
• Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and control audit staffs and accountants

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Analytical, with good business acumen
• Influential, a good persuader
