Financial Accounting And Controlling Manager

Nature & Scope of the Job:

• Ensure that DHL is excellent in financial and accounting control. Pro-actively cost fluctuation analysis, develop, and implement guidelines, policies and procedures that will ensure DHL remains the leader in compliance.
• Responsible for the effective operation of the internal control framework, which includes governance, compliance, environment, society, and accounting issues.
• Support internal and external audit process.
• Support month-end closing and resolve ad-hoc issues, including the monthly Profit & Loss statement reforecast, operating cash flow reforecast, and CAPEX forecastand support on Monthly Lao accounting record monitoring, Tax declaration (VAT, CIT).
• Support annual budget; annual tax book and tax assessment.
• Support on Data analysis and trend/forecast reporting and working on Fixed asset management and coordinate with procurement team.
• Coordinate with local related departments, shared service center and regional office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in financial management or accounting management or public certified accountant.
• Leadership skill in managing the accounting team.
• Minimum 5 years of related experiences. Experienced in an audit firm is preferred.
• Strong business analysis and understanding of compliance practices.
• Good in written and spoken English and commitment to audit process.
• Pro-active & Reliable person.
• Good computer skill (MS office).
• Able to work full time.
