Bar Torino, located on Hutt Street in Adelaide's CBD, is a Mediterranean-inspired bar and kitchen known for its energetic vibe, warm hospitality, and passion for great food and drink. We serve contemporary classic dishes with a modern twist, craft beers, international and local wines, and some of the most talked-about cocktails in town.

We’re on the hunt for someone with management or supervisor experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, whether it’s working the floor or shaking it up behind the bar. About the role:

As one of our managers, you’ll be responsible for leading service, managing staff on shift, maintaining stock control, and supporting the development of drinks menus and bar offerings. You’ll play a key role in keeping the vibe high and the service sharp.

Must-haves:

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience
• Available to work nights and weekends
• A positive attitude and love of team culture
• Confidence in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• An eye for detail and pride in presentation
