Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Dining Staff at Brotzeit Podium Branch. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and actively contribute to sales through effective upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend menu items and promote specials to guests (upselling)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Ensure timely table setup and clearing
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with upselling ability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
