Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles at customer sites, including engine systems, electrical wiring, powertrain components, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and alignment adjustments in a mobile setting.
• Interpret automotive schematics and wiring diagrams to accurately troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Identify and repair mechanical problems involving diesel engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and auto body components.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication.
• Maintain detailed service records, update diagnostic reports, and document work performed using digital tools.

Requirements

• Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic background with a focus on automotive electrical systems, engine repair, and diagnostics.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair including powertrain, and heavy lifting.
• Familiarity with automotive wiring diagram interpretation, schematics, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Ford vehicles.
• Ability to operate vehicle lifts, alignment equipment, and other specialized automotive service tools safely.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
