Hampton Inn Brunswick is seeking a Front Desk Agent who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys providing exceptional guest service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Process reservations and room assignments accurately
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve concerns professionally
• Answer phone calls and provide hotel and local area information
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments
• Hilton PEP experience a plus

Requirements:

• Previous hotel or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and basic software
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
