Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position is responsible for handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s booking system
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and room assignments
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
• Process payments, verify billing details, and balance cash drawers when required
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
