Job Description:

• Handle incoming calls professionally and assist with appointment scheduling
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient enquiries and concerns promptly
• Assist TCM physicians during treatments and with herbal dispensing
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance
• Ensure reception, lobby, and treatment areas are clean, organized, and presentable
• Conduct stock checks and manage inventory replenishment
• Recommend suitable treatment packages based on patients’ needs

Job requirements:

• O Level or equivalent qualification
• Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
• Proficient in basic computer operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to support team and patients
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

• 负责库存盘点与补货安排，确保库存维持在合理水平
• 根据患者需求，推荐合适的治疗方案与配套
