Job Title: General Intern

Reports to: HR Executive

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Summary:

General Interns are reporting directly to the HR. Assist the HR team with recruitment tasks, gaining hands-on experience in the hiring process

Responsibilities:

• Job Posting: Draft and post job ads.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates.
• Application Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Background Checks: Assist with background and reference checks.
• Recruitment Analytics: Track metrics and generate reports.
• Administrative Support: Provide general support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Interest in HR and recruitment.

Time duration: 3 Months Internship
