Duties

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the worksite
• Help with moving supplies, tools, and other items as needed
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

Skills

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and reliably
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a work environment
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labour is a plus but not required
