Cup & Crust Cafe is a brand-new, modern café and pizza concept opening in South Vancouver near Marine Drive and the airport. We specialize in premium coffee, artisan pizza, desserts, and quick-service dining.

We are looking for experienced Baristas and Pizza Makers who are passionate about food, fast-paced service, and delivering top-quality customer experiences.

Open Positions

Experienced Barista

Responsibilities:

* Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos & specialty beverages

* Operate espresso machines, grinders & POS system

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee station

* Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude

Requirements:

* Previous barista experience required

* Knowledge of espresso extraction & milk texturing

* Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pizza Maker / Line Cook

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook artisan pizzas (hand-stretched dough preferred)

* Manage prep work including sauces, toppings & dough

* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

* Work efficiently during busy hours

Requirements:

* Experience in pizza making or similar kitchen role

* Knowledge of ovens, dough handling, and prep workflows

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
