Position: Healthcare Customer Support Specialist
Location: IT Park, Cebu City (Onsite)

Possible Start Date: September 15 and 29, 2025

Compensation and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: ₱14,500 – ₱15,500 for fresh graduates (depending on interview performance)
• Up to ₱22,610 package for those with BPO experience
• ₱2,000 Monthly Allowance
• Account allowances (to be discussed during offer)
• Clothing allowance
• Transportation allowance
• 20% Night Differential
• HMO Day 1

Minimum Qualifications:

• SHS Graduate / Completed at least 2 years in College without back subjects / College Graduate
• With or without work experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to start ASAP

Start date: Every Friday or Monday once hired!
