Hr Generalist

DCOM Money Express, a company based in Tokyo, Japan is currently looking for a motivated and resourceful HR Generalist to join their team. Someone who loves challenges and is willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, payroll and compliance. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring HR practices align with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field

- Atleast 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices is a plus

- Possess High level of confidentiality and integrity

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Key

Responsibilities:

- Administer day-to-day HR operations and act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries

- Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding

- Support employee relations efforts by addressing concerns and fostering a healthy workplace culture

- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding employee compensation, bonuses, and benefits deductions

- Prepare payroll reports for internal use and audits

- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefit-related questions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

- Ensure compliance with government and company policies

- Coordinate and support performance review cycles and employee development initiatives

- Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures

- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making
