We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Associate to join our HR team in the real estate industry. The Recruitment Associate will handle end-to-end talent acquisition processes, employee relations, and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture. This role involves collaborating closely with the management team to ensure all HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Leverage various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Handle employee relations, providing support and guidance to employees and management as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to the real estate industry.
- Organize and conduct employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Previous experience in the real estate or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools or systems.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team while also excelling independently.
