Human Resource Intern

Job Summary

The HR Intern will assist the HR department with various tasks including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in Balagtas, Bulacan

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

• Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interview.
• Facilitates examination to applicant.
• Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.

Employee Relation

• Help with employee relations by responding to inquiries and escalating issues to HR Sr. Supervisor.
• Assist with data generation on tardiness & habitual absences record and drafting of Notice to Explain (NTES).
• Printing and issuance of NTES to department managers.

Timekeeping

• Collate submitted attendance slip for timekeeping preparations.
• Support the maintenance of timekeeping system and system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Training & Development

• Assist with onboarding of new employees, including preparation of documentation and observing during orientation sessions.
• Assist with coordinating training sessions, including scheduling, logistics and participant communication.

Other tasks

• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Other administrative/clerical functions.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
