Human Resources Intern

Job Summary

In this role, you will gain valuable exposure to various facets of HR—including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative operations—while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing candidates.
• Onboarding & Coordination: Help prepare onboarding kits.
• HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, digitize files, and assist in drafting HR-related communications or announcements.
• Employee Engagement: Participate in planning, organizing, and executing company events, engagement activities, and team-building initiatives.
• Special Projects: Support the HR team with ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently a graduating student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology,Human Resource Management, or any related behavioral science/business course.
• Internship Requirement: Must be required by your university to render On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours as part of your curriculum.
• Work Setup: Willing and able to render hours Onsite at our office.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• A proactive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
