What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners using company-provided leads and appointments
• Perform in-home comfort evaluations
• Recommend HVAC replacement systems and indoor air quality solutions
• Present financing options and prepare professional proposals
• Build trust through exceptional customer service
• Follow up on estimates and close sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous in-home sales, HVAC sales, or residential home improvement sales experience preferred
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
