Hydrovac Technician

HILL SERVICES is seeking HYDROVAC TECHNICIANS. This position uses chemical processes, pressure washers, and hydroblast and vacuum equipment in a safe manner, in industrial and commercial environment. Typically, the task is to clean pipes, boilers, tanks, and hard surfaces. The HydroVac Technician operates heavy machinery, and works in safety-sensitive applications. We regularly work overtime, offer weekly pay, and full benefits.

The starting pay is based on experience, up to $20/hr, and is paid weekly.

Responsibilities:
- Operate hydrovac equipment to safely and efficiently perform job tasks.
- Perform strenuously physical labor.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and implement training the company gives to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- Work in industrial plant environments, and construction-type settings.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.

Working Conditions: Outside, noisy, shift work, extreme hot and cold temperatures, on-call/emergency response at times, some travel regionally through TN, AR, MS, work flexible schedules.

Physical Requirements: Heavy lifting up to 50lbs, able to walk and carry equipment up & down stairs, work in confined spaces and heights, must pass a DOT physical, able to work more than 8hrs/shift.

Required Qualifications: Pass drug screens, good work ethic, able to use computers for training (basic level), read & write, must possess mechanical skills. reliability.
