Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive direct sales initiatives.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
• Implement territory management strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Engage in cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record in account management.
• Familiarity with direct sales techniques and territory management practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Experience in conducting product demos effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
• Previous experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $97,947.00 - $112,010.00 per year
