SUMMARY

Under direct supervision of assigned manager, you will assist in building modern, digital workflows to streamline processes that will improve efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain strict privacy regarding customer account information. Maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Provide customers with exceptional customer service and execute operational excellence. In person: Greet every customer with a smile, maintain eye contact, call them by name, stay connected in conversation and let them know they are appreciated. When on the telephone: Speak with a smile, call them by name, stay connected in the conversation and let them know they are appreciated.
  • Build and maintain production-quality code in C#, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with members of the AppDev team on new technologies and projects.
  • Participate and co-lead meetings with other business-line staff to establish project requirements and timelines.
  • Operate computer, telephone, keyboard, scanner, and copier. Basic computer skills including knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, typing, 10-key and the internet. Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel is preferred. Proficiency with internal bank software will be required.
  • Must be able to arrive at work on time, work on-site and work cooperatively with other co-workers.
  • Complete all on-line compliance Teal Training courses in a timely manner.
  • Work location and/or additional duties may be assigned or required by management.

HOURS OF AVAILABILITY: Regularly Scheduled Hours / Week 40(+) hrs | Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm | In-school: we would work to accommodate around class schedule | *Extended working hours may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS |EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED will be required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience writing in an object-oriented language.
  • Experience working on highly collaborative team projects
  • Experience with Razor pages
  • Experience with Blazor
  • Experience with SQL server or another relational database server

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must possess sufficient mobility to work in and move about in a standard office setting and sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment. Repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and fingers will be required to operate office equipment. The employee must be able to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.

MENTAL DEMANDS
The duties of this position require the ability to maintain attention to detail and complete work projects accurately in a short amount of time, despite interruptions. The employee must be able to interact with customers in a calm and patient manner and to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations. The employee must be able to use basic mathematical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing numbers. The position also requires the ability to read and interpret documents and draft routine written communications.
