Internship – Community Marketing Specialist

Help us to engage with, and more quickly expand, our community of over 30,000 followers! KETIV's ideal intern candidate for our Marketing team will be confident in their ability to learn and adapt to the latest innovations in marketing and marketing technology. They will be resourceful, authentic, and optimistic when working with the team, and take accountability for the responsibilities that they own.

Knowledge and Experience You’ll Gain During the Internship

• B2B (business-to-business) digital marketing strategies and tactics
• Social media strategy, management, with content creation and distribution
• Drafting emails, campaigns, and enacting marketing automation using HubSpot
• Webinar execution with Zoom and HubSpot
• Design social media and other creative with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Insight into marketing operations, collaboration, and planning

About the Team
KETIV’s Marketing Team is responsible for creating awareness and opportunities for our sales teams, as well as building and maintaining of relationships with KETIV’s valued manufacturing customers.

Our team loves to grow talent! This is a great opportunity to get introduced to a wide array of B2B marketing activities with the marketing of SaaS software and business solutions by KETIV and our partners. You’ll also get to learn about the manufacturing industry, its people, and gain an understanding of how people are manufacturing products today.

Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility is to grow followers, engagement, and increase our reach on key social media channels and with our KETIV Virtual Academy audience
• Social Media – Creating social media posts and graphics, tracking followers, and proposing publishing dates
• KETIV Virtual Academy Webinars – Set up and send reminder emails, execute post-event emails and workflows, and manage Zoom details
• Emails – Help to write emails to support our webinars, campaigns, newsletters, and more
• Expand your skills - Are you creative? We’ll find opportunities to have you help with graphics creation, layouts, video editing, web design, and more. We are a small marketing department doing a lot, so you can be exposed to any number of marketing tasks and wear many hats. Just ask!

Qualifications

• Pursing a degree in Marketing
• Experience with social media, especially LinkedIn and YouTube
• Driven to seek out and learn new skills and technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent people skills, with a patient and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or skills in graphic/web design and/or marketing automation is a plus
• Education, knowledge, interest, or curiosity aligned with the manufacturing industry

Compensation & Benefits

This is a part-time, paid internship position with 20-25 hours per week, during normal business hours. (8am-5pm Pacific time). This position is paid at $20 per hour with the potential to transition to a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits.
