Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add an IT Cost Management Intern. Reporting to the Senior Director, Information Technology, the student will assist with supporting special projects for the Cost Management team within Corporate IT. What a typical day looks like:

• Works with Cost Management leadership on special projects to drive effective tracking and monitoring of Corporate IT spend
• Updates key operating indicators related to Corporate spending on critical IT programs
• Produces analytics on spend management across the IT landscape
• Documents IT financial processes and procedures for IT Project Managers
• Manages project Health Checks across the portfolio and documents findings
• Attends team meetings, provides input, and supports project work as needed

Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:

• Junior or Senior student pursuing business/communication related undergraduate degree
• Familiar with dashboards and reporting capabilities
• MS Office (advanced Excel skills preferred)
• Strong time management, documenting, and research skills
• Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
• Previous internship experience a plus!

Internship Program Requirements:

• Available to work full-time for the Summer assignment
• Currently enrolled in university in Canada
• 3.0 minimum GPA
