Key Responsibilities of an IT Supervisor (SAP + Programming)

• Supervise IT operations, ensuring smooth SAP and non-SAP system performance.
• Manage, configure, and enhance SAP applications to support business needs.
• Develop and maintain SAP programs (ABAP, reports, interfaces, customizations).
• Lead programming and integration projects between SAP and other systems.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancements.
• Oversee IT staff, delegate tasks, and guide technical development.
• Ensure SAP security, compliance, and proper system documentation.
• Coordinate with business units, vendors, and partners for IT and SAP solutions.
• Deliver accurate reports, analytics, and system improvements for decision-making.
• Drive continuous innovation and efficiency in IT and SAP processes.
• Must have vehicle for fieldwork
