Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets using advanced Excel functions and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, and NetSuite
- Conduct research and analysis on financial data to support investment decisions and business strategies
- Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft PowerPoint to present insights effectively
- Support auditing processes by reviewing data accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Manage databases and perform SQL queries to extract relevant financial information for analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes through continuous improvement practices
- Assist in the development of dashboards and reports for management using Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, and other BI tools
- Maintain proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP and other accounting platforms to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
- Communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations, demonstrating strong communication skills
Skills
- Proficiency with financial software including SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, and various accounting systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (including VBA), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for effective business intelligence reporting
- Familiarity with databases and SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, auditing processes, budgeting, and investment analysis
- Excellent research capabilities combined with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Hyperion enhances ability to work across multiple platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $52,122.00-$68,563.00 per year
