About the Company

RMB Ecommerce OPC operates Kasya, a growing women’s apparel brand focused on comfortable and elegant everyday wear sold through e-commerce.

We are looking for a Junior Production Executive Assistant to support the Production Head in monitoring production, tracking inventory, and coordinating operational tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Track daily production progress (in-house and subcontract)
• Monitor inventory levels and inbound finished goods
• Track fabric inventory and material usage
• Prepare operational data for production forecasting
• Coordinate shipment booking and supplier pickups after purchase approval
• Track supplier deliveries and update inventory records
• Maintain organized records for production, inventory, and procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable working with operational trackers and reports

Compensation

₱18000– ₱25,000 starting salary
