Working with call-offs against existing contracts, negotiate prices and delivery times with suppliers and make requests for quotations.
Update of prices, delivery times and minimum quantities in the VMS system. Responsible for order management, collection and registration of order confirmations and feedback of deviations to stakeholders. The work is carried out in close collaboration with purchasing colleagues.

Call-offs from framework agreements and procurement of contractors within areas such as civil works, electrical power, and mechanical disciplines. Approximately 20–30% of the time will be spent on call-offs and competitive sourcing of technical consultants.
During the autumn, the team is expected to consist of eight purchasers, including this consultant. The team is structured by technical areas/categories, but this role will support where the need is greatest.
Experience of, or solid familiarity with, AB04, ABK09, and ABT06.
A flexible and positive mindset, with a willingness to contribute to Hydro's ongoing development and transformation journey.
Experience with e-Avrop.
Relevant prior experience aligned with the hard skills outlined above.

Education: A range of educational backgrounds may be suitable. Personal qualities are highly important, and experience from the energy sector is considered an advantage.
