Our coating installers make upwards of $40 per hour and love what they do. The harder you work, the more you make! We specialize in coating garage floors, driveways, and patios.
We have very high standards and only want the best to join our elite team. Our training program sets you up for success. After a short time, you will be working independently and making great money.
Pay and Schedule
- Training Pay: $800 per week
- Lead Installer Pay: $65,000 to $100,000 per year
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Remotely: No

What You Will Do
Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Using hand and industrial floor grinders.
- Keeping a clean and organized workspace.
- Applying our coatings using squeegee, brush, and roller techniques.
- Applying decorative flakes by hand.
- Lifting buckets that weigh 50 pounds or more.
- Mixing chemical blends properly.
- Performing physical labor daily.
Preferred Experience
- CDL or a clean driver's license.
- Background in construction, painting, or concrete work.
- Experience using hand tools and safety gear (PPE).
- A solid, trackable work history.
License Requirement: A valid Driver's License is required.
