Logistics Planning & Operations
Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with company objectives to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of goods.
Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes while optimizing workflows and reducing operational costs.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to support operational efficiency.
Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and meet business priorities.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards across all logistics activities.
Negotiate transportation contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining service quality.
Develop contingency plans for potential logistics disruptions, including delays and supply shortages.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
Utilize data and analytics to monitor key logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, cost per delivery, and transit time.
Analyze logistics data to identify cost trends, efficiency gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance delivery tracking and reporting.
Prepare and review monthly reports on logistics performance and B2C transactions.
Compliance & Customer Experience
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards across all logistics activities.
Maintain a proactive approach to improving the customer experience and addressing recurring delivery or order issues.
Ensure accurate updating and monitoring of logistics data in Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop the logistics team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Train and mentor team members on logistics best practices and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with sales, fulfillment, operations, and customer service teams to align logistics strategies with business goals.
Investigate and troubleshoot delivery issues involving in-house vehicles, in-house riders and third-party logistics, ensuring swift resolution.
Requirements
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency in logistics and inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and tracking tools
-
Willing to be assigned in Bancal, Carmona, Cavite
- Amenable to reporting to multiple sites as required (Parañaque Warehouse and Headquarters)
