• Actively lead, guide and coach the team in all the global Talent Management tasks launched throughout the Talent Cycle
• Collaborate with functional leaders in establishing and sustaining a robust talent bench to support leadership requirements
• Lead regular Talent Connect/Demand Planning sessions with regional partners (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development Leads, People Solutions, Delivery Leaders) to solution for identified talent/growth needs
• Understand regional needs and collaborate with regional partners (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development Leads, People Solutions, Delivery Leaders) on Talent Management related activities as applicable
• Key Talent Management point of contact for escalations and to educate, advise and answer queries from Senior leadership
• Established expertise in the different Talent Management processes and activities and act as a global point of contact with alignment and sensitivity to the different culture and dynamics of the global organization
• Enable a few direct reports in carrying out their role expectations through coaching, performance and behavior management, and mentoring
• Lead all Talent Management initiatives across a number of countries or a region
• Act as a back up for the Regional Talent Leader
