Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team in Canada. This role is pivotal in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality workforce solutions.

The operator will need to manually control some of the functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manual machining equipment to produce high-quality components
• Operated Semi-Automatic machines
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining
• Perform quality checks on finished products to meet specifications
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes
• Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments for precise work
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise
• Document production processes and maintain records.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of CNC programming
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or CAD software is a plus
• Ability to operate CNC milling machines effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
