1.1 ADMINISTRATION

1.1.1 Maintain supplies and marketing collateral inventory

1.1.2 Coordinate request and quotations with suppliers

1.1.3 Assist in the processing of payment and liquidation request

1.2 LOCAL STORE MARKETING, STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP, SPECIAL EVENTS & PROMOTIONS

1.2.1 Spearhead special events and promotions, local property / locators marketing projects, activations that would support internal clients and operations

1.2.2 Achieve yearly target income through internal clients and operation activities promotions

1.2.3 Assist with the setup, facilitation, and complete marketing events

1.2.4 Research online trends and optimize strategies and messages according to the needs of the company. Compile data and analytics of the marketing initiatives of the group.

1.2.5 Coordinate and organize logistical requirements.

1.2.6 Negotiate with suppliers.

1.2.7 Performs adhoc task assigned by immediate superior

1.2.8 Ensures timely delivery of assigned projects and deliverables

1.3 CREATIVE SOLUTIONS

1.3.1 Execute Job Orders from Community Engagement Marketing and other departments.

1.3.2 Creative designs for banners and collaterals for various events and activities (ATL & BTL)

1.3.3 Send accurate artworks to Marketing Services and suppliers on time

1.3.4 Conceptualize, design and implement creative marketing displays.

1.3.5 Assists in installing visual merchandise projects and branch designs.

1.3.6 Champions brands through different creative outputs.

1.3.7 Creates and manipulates computer animation, audio, video and graphic images into multimedia content specifically for social media content on various screens (Social Media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, mobile app, websites)

1.3.8 Responsible for innovative multimedia, animation and video projects to support internal clients.

1.3.9 Give technical and creative assistance for proposals and presentations, multimedia projects, video projects, and web development assignments from time to time.

1.3.10 Verifies and coordinates with co-workers assigned to the same project to ensure consistency in format, quality, consulting with Community Engagement Marketing Manager on final layout, medium, style, design, and any problem areas.

1.3.11 Conducts photo and video shoot (in-house or on-site production) as needed.

1.3.12 Ensure optimization of all content through SEO and performance marketing efforts, with the aim of acquiring high quality traffic and conversion

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: At least college graduate, preferably in communications, public relations or related field.

Experience: Preferably with 1 year experience in community engagement, marketing and development.

Familiarity with community development principles and practices
