Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly revenue growth
• Manage client follow up and lead conversion
• Oversee front desk operations and daily clinic flow
• Implement membership and promotional strategies
• Track and report on performance metrics such as revenue, bookings, and retention
• Ensure an exceptional, elevated client care experience
• Support team accountability and operational excellence
• Bring forward ideas that increase revenue, efficiency, and client retention

Who You Are:

• Naturally positive and high energy
• Sales confident and comfortable discussing pricing and treatment plans
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Self motivated and accountable
• Passionate about aesthetic medicine and client experience
• Experience in med spa, beauty, or luxury service preferred
• Social media savvy is an asset
