Pay: $18/hr base + bonuses + quarterly profit sharing
(Our average technician earned $30.51/hr last payroll)

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Non-negociable)
• Reliable transportation and smartphone (Non-negociable)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (Non-negociable)
• Physically capable of outdoor labor in various conditions (Non-Negociable)
• 1-2+ year of lawn care/landscape experience (preferred, not required)

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• 8–10 hour shifts
