Multi Skilled Technician

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Others or equivalent
• High school graduate or college level are welcome to apply
• Must be adept in the operation/ maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment/ system in high rise buildings (HVAC Equipment, Pumps and Motors, Genset, Compressors, UPS, FDAS)
• With at least 2-year experience in electro- mechanical and civil related works (Carpentry/ Painting/ Masonry/ Plumbing and Electrical)
• Able to handle a wide range of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks
• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and air-conditioning
• Preferably someone with strong skills in welding
• Willing to work in Mandani Bay Suites (Mandaue Cebu)
• Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
