Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
• Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

• Strong background in hotel operations or front desk management.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Proficient in customer service practices within the hospitality industry.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
