Pure Hydration is a premier IV hydration and wellness brand based in Northeast Florida, specializing in preventative, functional, and performance-based medicine. Our services include IV therapy, peptide therapy, NAD+, recovery modalities, and longevity-focused wellness programs.

As we continue to expand our peptide therapy program, we are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in peptide and functional medicine to conduct telehealth consultations for Florida-based patients.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for an NP who is highly knowledgeable and confident in peptide therapy, understands functional medicine principles, and can effectively educate patients while guiding them through personalized wellness protocols.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and performance-based earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations with Florida patients focused on peptide therapy and wellness optimization
• Perform comprehensive reviews of patient medical history, medications, supplements, and lifestyle factors
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of peptide therapies, including indications, contraindications, dosing considerations, and patient education
• Review, complete, and sign all required documentation, including:
• Peptide Therapy Informed Consent
• Medication & Supplement Monitoring Agreement
• Prescribe peptide therapies and related wellness treatments in compliance with Florida law
• Educate patients on realistic expectations, potential benefits, and risks (no guaranteed outcomes)
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Collaborate with the Pure Hydration clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida APRN (Nurse Practitioner) license in good standing
• National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or equivalent)
• Extensive hands-on experience with peptide therapy (required)
• Strong background in functional, integrative, or wellness medicine
• Ability to confidently discuss peptides, longevity, recovery, metabolic health, and preventative care
• Telehealth experience preferred
• DEA registration in Florida (or willingness to obtain, if applicable)

Compensation

• $35 per completed telehealth consultation
• $20 per additional peptide or peptide blend sale generated from the consult
• Flexible scheduling; per-consult basis
• Strong earning potential based on consult volume and patient conversions
