About the role:
MSS Security is looking for Security Officers with NV1 clearance for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused, providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team.
We are hiring for multiple positions across Melbourne to provide onsite security services at our client site
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain focus and observe the activities associated with asset protection
- Perform screening of all personnel entering premises
- Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Enforce rules and bylaws, including moving people on where necessary
- Perform incident reports and record occurrences where required
A sign on and retention bonus is also on offer for candidates who apply and hold a current NV1 clearance. The sign-on and retention bonus comprise a $500 on commencement of employment, $750 each on finishing on 3 months and 6 months, and $1500 at 12 months.
Skills and experience
- You must hold a current NV1 clearance to be considered for this role
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- VIC security license and control room license
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
