We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars
- Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and directing requests appropriately
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
- Support special projects and team initiatives as assigned
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional
Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university (preferred for intern role)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
