Online Store Manager (Ecommerce)

The Online Store Manager (eCommerce) is in charge of overseeing daily store operations & ensuring store metrics are above platform target. They also work closely with the brand team in order to meet the needs & achieve the goals of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily store operations and performance
• Guiding the CSEAs on the following: Store metrics – chat response time & rate, ratings & reviews.

1. Store decoration

2. Promotion setup

3. Product listing/performance

4. Content management

5. Customer service — addressing customer concerns

• Working with the Brand Managers & Brand Teams in campaign planning
• Supporting the Brand Managers in executing campaigns
• Developing plans & strategies to maintain good store metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in store management
• Must have experience in managing ecommerce platforms (Lazada/Shopee)
• Willing to work 4d onsite and 1d wfh

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
