Operations Head (F&B | Multi-Store Operations)

Job Summary:

The Store Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of multiple food and beverage outlets across Luzon. This role ensures operational excellence, consistent execution of brand standards, achievement of sales and profitability targets, and a high level of customer satisfaction across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Store Management:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of multiple F&B stores across Luzon.
• Ensure consistency in store performance, cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
• People Management:
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers, Store Managers, and frontline teams.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and succession planning for store-level staff.
• Sales & Profitability:
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Analyze store P&Ls and manage cost controls (labor, inventory, utilities, etc.).
• Operational Excellence:
• Implement and uphold brand and operational standards (SOPs, food safety, customer service, etc.).
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and operational reviews.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
• Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure availability of ingredients and packaging materials.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensure all stores deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
• Address customer feedback and resolve store-level issues promptly.
• Expansion Support:
• Assist in site evaluations, new store openings, and launch activities within Luzon.
• Support the scaling of operations to meet company growth objectives.
• Reporting & Compliance:
• Generate operational reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 5 years in a multi-unit leadership role
• Strong background in QSR, casual dining, or food retail chains is preferred
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel extensively across Luzon
• Proficient in operational metrics, P&L management, and team development
