We are seeking a driven Operations Manager to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Role Overview:

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operational activities, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies. You will collaborate across departments to drive performance, manage resources, and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize workflows, supply chain management, and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor operational teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic goals.
• Analyze key operational metrics and generate performance reports.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an operations management role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization.
• Experience with project management and operational software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
