We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team. This role will involve working closely with our medical team to deliver outstanding aesthetic services to our clients, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple branches.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
- Oversee inventory management, cleanliness, and overall clinic upkeep.
- Regularly report to top management on operational performance and branch needs.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve branch targets.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Communication Arts, Sales and Marketing or any business-related courses
- At least 10 years of proven managerial experience handling multiple branches (experience in fast food chains, retail, or service industries is highly valued).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage operations efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel between branches regularly.
- Background in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness is an advantage but not required.
- Required skills: Analytical Thinking, Customer-focus, good communication and interpersonal skills, Team Player.
- Work Schedule: 11 am-8 pm, 6 times a week
