Operations Manager

Southern Jamm Security is accepting applications for an Operations Manager position. You will work closely with our Chief Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, interacting with thousands of guests and hundreds of employees.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling and managing staff
• Hiring and recruiting
• Overseeing field operations
• Administrative and computer work
• Managing the vehicle fleet
• Must have reliable transportation
• Looking for long term applicants
• Over hiring process with interviewing
• Training new applicants in the field and training in office

We are seeking someone with outstanding communication skills, the ability to handle stress and conflict, and a dedication to working in high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate will be loyal, hardworking, and committed to becoming a valuable member of our family.
