As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading service delivery across our NSW Schools contract, supporting a high-performing team and building strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with the Contract Manager and Client Service Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance operational delivery with continuous improvement and team development. Your work will directly contribute to safe, efficient and customer-focused environments.

As an Operations Manager in the Facilities Management team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Leading operational performance in cleaning contracts across multiple school sites
• Managing and strengthening client and stakeholder relationships
• Supporting and developing Client Service Managers and teams
• Driving safety, compliance and quality standards across operations
• Improving efficiency through innovation and continuous improvement
• Overseeing budgets, performance metrics and service outcomes

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance
