Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to join our team and lead the operational aspects of our mobile bar business. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our mobile bar services, overseeing logistics, managing staff, and optimizing operational processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Logistics and Event Planning:
• Coordinate and manage the logistics of mobile bar services for events, ensuring timely setup and breakdown.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific event requirements and customize bar services accordingly.
• Plan and execute efficient transportation of mobile bar equipment to various event locations.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of bartenders and support staff.
• Schedule and organize staffing for events, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to service standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership to enhance team performance.
• Inventory and Supplies:
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of bar supplies.
• Implement systems for efficient stock control and minimize wastage.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and avoid shortages during events.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of bartenders and staff to uphold service excellence.
• Be up to date with current trends and suggest execution improvements as necessary.
• Address customer feedback promptly and implement improvements as necessary.
• Vendor Relations:
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for supplies and services.
• Continuously seek new vendors to enhance the variety and quality of mobile bar offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
• Familiarity with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
